What to send support when the internet half-works
A short checklist for sharing useful connection details without dumping private information.
Start with timing and reachability
Send the timestamp, the online signal, the latency and jitter verdicts, and which public destinations responded. That is enough for most agents to spot a pattern.
Add IP context only when needed
